Capture the moments that matter most through the lens of creativity and storytelling. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, updating family portraits, branding your business, or simply preserving memories, From The Lens offers a personalized photography experience designed to reflect your unique story. Sessions are thoughtfully planned to create timeless images you’ll treasure for years to come. To ensure the best experience for all clients, a 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your session date, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of your session. Photography sessions must be booked at least two (2) weeks in advance to allow adequate time for planning and preparation. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in a shortened session or require rescheduling. One complimentary reschedule may be granted with at least 48 hours’ notice. Retainers are non-refundable except in the event of a documented emergency or circumstances approved at the photographer’s discretion. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions at no additional charge. Travel outside the standard service area may incur additional fees. Final edited galleries will be delivered within 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated, and the number of edited images included will vary based on the selected package. By booking a session with Thick & Thin Creatives, clients grant permission for select images to be used for portfolio, website, and social media purposes. Clients who prefer their images remain private may request this in writing prior to their session. Thank you for choosing Thick & Thin Creatives.
